Doing Business with Finning
Q: How do I buy parts from Finning?
A: We have a number of convenient methods in which you can purchase
parts.
- Calling or visiting your local branch,
available during normal business hours.
- Calling our Customer Support Center
(1-888-FINNING), available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Using PartStore, our
online parts catalogue and purchasing tool. This is also available 24 hours a day,

Q: How do I schedule service?
A: There are a number of methods to inquire about service scheduling.
Your Finning representative would be the best contact, however you are welcome to
contact your local Finning (Canada) branch
or our Customer Support Center (1-888-FINNING) with any service questions you may
have.
Q: How do I setup an account with Finning?
A: Getting started is easy, download our electronic
credit application form, then you can then either bring in the form to your
local branch or call our Credit Call
Center at (780) 930 – 4900 during normal business hours (mountain time).
Q: Who can I talk to about my account balance or to get a copy of an invoice?
A: You have a number of options. During regular business hours,
you can call your local branch or contact
our Credit Call Center at (780) 930 – 4900. Alternatively you can register for Invoice Viewing – this
allows you to access your invoice and account information at the convenience of
your computer, whenever you want.
Q: How do I make a Payment?
A: We have a number of convenient methods of Payment:
- Electronic Payment Options:
1: Send EFT/ACH payments directly to Finning. Please contact our Call Centre at 1-888-346-6464 for assistance.
2: Finning is registered as a Bill Payments Receiver at most financial institutions. Similar to paying a utility bill, customers can pay Finning via telephone banking, online web banking, and at ATM’s.
- Wire Transfer funds to Finning:
For Wire payment details and instruction please contact our Call Centre at 1-888-346-6464 for assistance.
- Pre-Authorized Payment Plan option:
Contact the Credit Department to coordinate Finning rentals and/or deferred Note
contracts to be paid precisely on every due date, through a direct bank debit.
