Finning International Inc. ("Finning") (TSX:FTT) and Collicutt Energy Services Ltd. ("Collicutt") (TSX:COH) announced today that they have entered into a definitive transaction and support agreement dated November 27, 2007 ("the Support Agreement") pursuant to which Finning has agreed to make an offer (the "Offer") to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Collicutt.

Finning International Inc. ("Finning") (TSX:FTT) announced today that its Canadian division has secured a major mining equipment sale of 19 new Caterpillar 797B mining trucks valued at over C$100 million to Albian Sands Energy Inc. for operation in the Alberta oil sands.

Finning International Inc. (Finning) (TSX:FTT) announces that it has recently secured additional exclusive distribution and service territories for MaK marine engines, which power ocean-going vessels. The distribution rights include new engine sales and delivery of parts and service. MaK Engines is a division of Caterpillar Marine Power Systems.

Finning International Inc.'s (Finning) (TSX:FTT) Canadian division, Finning (Canada), is celebrating delivery of the 100th Caterpillar 797 haul truck to the Alberta oil sands. The 797, the largest mining truck in the world, was delivered to Albian Sands Energy Inc., which now operates 25 Cat 797 haul trucks at its Muskeg River mine. Albian's truck fleet and support equipment is exclusively Caterpillar.
