Finning Builds Facility in Tumbler Ridge
November 18, 2010
Since 2005, Finning has rented a site just outside the town of Tumbler Ridge, B.C. But as the ink dries on a plan to construct a new building, Finning is establishing its long-term place in the community.
There are close to 40 Finning employees in Tumbler Ridge, and general manager Mark Balaski says he’s proud to show Finning’s commitment to the community.
“We have been part of the local community for years,” says general manager Mark Balaski. “We see this as a way of demonstrating our commitment to the community and the local customer base.”
Construction of the new facility is already underway with completion expected during Q1 of 2011.
