Account Services

The Customer Accounts department of Finning (Canada) helps you manage your customer account.

We can help you with providing:

  • Invoice or Statement copies (you can also sign up for Invoice Viewing and view your invoices and statements online from a highly secure, and easy to use web application.)
  • Reconciling your account with you
  • Setting up customized payment schedules
  • Changing account information
  • Providing account references.
  • Administering account credit limits

Account Payment Methods:

  • Direct Deposit (initiated by you via your computer or telephone).
  • Pre-Authorized Payment (automatic debit from your account).
  • Post-dated cheques forwarded and held in our possession.
  • Cheques applied each month.
  • Cash delivered in person to any Finning location.
  • Deferred payment contracts can be coordinated for larger invoice amounts.
  • At time of purchase - payments can be made by Interac, Visa, or MasterCard for all Parts and Services invoices.
