The Customer Accounts department of Finning (Canada) helps you manage your customer account.
We can help you with providing:
- Invoice or Statement copies (you can also sign up for Invoice Viewing and view your invoices and statements online from a highly secure, and easy to use web application.)
- Reconciling your account with you
- Setting up customized payment schedules
- Changing account information
- Providing account references.
- Administering account credit limits
Account Payment Methods:
- Direct Deposit (initiated by you via your computer or telephone).
- Pre-Authorized Payment (automatic debit from your account).
- Post-dated cheques forwarded and held in our possession.
- Cheques applied each month.
- Cash delivered in person to any Finning location.
- Deferred payment contracts can be coordinated for larger invoice amounts.
- At time of purchase - payments can be made by Interac, Visa, or MasterCard for all Parts and Services invoices.
