Commitment to Quality
Both of the Finning Fluid Analysis labs have attained registration to ISO 9001 through QMI-SAI Global. The scope of registration is for the analysis of oils, fuels and coolants.
What does this mean to you?
ISO is an abbreviation for the "International Standards Organization". Registration under ISO 9001 allows the Finning(Canada) Fluid Analysis labs to join a worldwide group of companies that have their quality management systems audited against the ISO 9001 standard. ISO 9001 registration is an ongoing process with internal and external quality management audits to ensure adherence to the standard. ISO 9001 is based on eight quality management principles, which are incorporated in the requirements of the standard.
ISO 9001 is not the only quality assurance program that is in place to support our lab results. Our labs also participate in the International Quality Assurance Exchange Program through the Alberta Research Council.
Our goal is to provide a continuing high quality lab service to our customers. By following the ISO 9001 quality management guidelines and participating in the international exchange program, our customers can be assured reliable analytical results using consistent procedures and processes and our commitment to quality.
