CAESBasic
CAESbasic offers a cost-effective way to manage grade control operations. Like the Computer Aided Earthmoving System, CAESbasic provides the tools needed to lower the cost per ton of mining operations. The system gives the operator the information needed to deliver materials to the right place, the first time. CAESbasic maximizes the productivity of an operation and improves operator morale and performance.
CAESbasic provides the power of CAES on-board computing without the wireless link or office software portion of CAES. Design files can be created in the office and loaded onto the display using a PC card or the operator can generate their own level or sloping plane designs to follow. CAESbasic can be used for grade control of benches, roads, leach pad and dump areas.
CAESbasic can be used as a stand alone product, or integrated into a site already using the full CAES. It is compatible with the TC900 communications network, and uses the same infrastructure as CAES. CAESbasic can be upgraded to full CAES functionality by purchasing a CD1040 display, mounting brackets, main harness cable and battery backup.
