Whether you're managing a few machines or an entire fleet, you need to be able to quickly see what your equipment is doing. GMS gives you the ability to manage you’re your entire heavy equipment fleet quickly and efficiently right from your own computer desktop.

The GMS web application is accessed from the Finning (Canada) website where you can register, request access, and managing your fleet online.

With GMS you can see the location and hour meter readings of your machines, at your convenience, right from your desktop! No more calling around to different sites for hour meter readings and not knowing where your machines actually are. As a GMS user you will be able to see machine location, hour meter readings, plan your next maintenance, monitor fuel burn and overall machine health all from the click of a mouse!

With GMS you also get access to the same Preventative Maintenance (PM) Checklists that Finning technicians use in our branches and out in the field. These checklists are constantly being updated by Finning and Caterpillar, so they are never out of date. Not sure of the parts you need for a 500 hour service? How To Register for GMS

To begin taking advantage of Finning Canada's Global Maintenance System, follow the steps below:

• Go to https://gms.finning.ca/Register.aspx
• Complete the Account Information registration form and click Next.

We'll send you a confirmation email once your GMS account has been set up.
