2: Payment and Pricing
Payment can be made by either Visa, MasterCard or Gift Certificate. All pricing is Canadian dollars.
3: Sizing Information
To help you achieve the best fit possible, we’ve provided sizing guidelines on the HDG site to assist you when selecting merchandise.
4: Backorders
We endeavor to keep all of the products in this program in stock at all times, but on occasion may be temporarily on backorder. If this occurs the purchaser shall be advised by e-mail or telephone of an expected ship date or shall be offered a substitution.
5: Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If damaged goods are received and/or contain manufacturer's defect please contact our order desk for return authorization. Goods returned for any other reason must be in the original condition in which they were sent within 30 days of purchase. Please note that the freight charges on returns are the responsibility of the customer. A 15% restocking charge may apply to products not returned in their original condition. Return authorization is obtained though our customer service department by calling 1-888-FINNING (346-6464) or e-mail us at heavydutygear@finning.ca.
