Terms & Conditions
RATES
- All rates are F.O.B. Finning point of lading
- Minimum rental period is ten hours
INSURANCE
- Customer must obtain "all-risks" insurance for the equipment and public liability insurance prior to equipment operation (see rental agreement for details).
- "All risks" insurance may be obtained from Finning at an additional charge.
FUEL AND PERMITS
- Rental rates do not include fuel or costs of governmental or other permits required for operation of the equipment.
- All rentals are made subject to the terms and conditions of Finning’s Rental Agreement (short term) or Equipment Lease/Rental Agreement, as applicable and the customer will be required to sign the applicable agreement prior to receipt of the equipment.
